Late Refunds:

If you have spoken with us about a refund but have not received it, contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Depending on your financial institution this can take anywhere from 1 to 5 days.

Placed and order but would like to cancel it?

To cancel your order and refund your payment, you MUST contact us within 24-hours of placing your order. Once you have contacted us we will cancel the order and refund your payment in full.

If you haven't contacted us within this time frame we unfortunately cannot cancel your order, it will already be in the package processing stage. At this point, you will have to wait until the item is delivered in order to request your refund.
